Terminal services or Citrix can be used to extend the life of desktops or to provide a different, often more cost-effective, desktop management process. IITAC have implemented most versions of thin clients including those based on Linux systems.

IITAC have the experience and the tools to design and implement projects using thin-client technologies. The driver may be cost or security but IITAC can assist in creating the best environment for the business, whether Fat, Thin or Hybrid.

As well as using server and client based tools, IITAC are able to use products such as Sniffer, or Observer to analyze traffic in real time and project network loads for a variety of situations.
